We will explore some of the key international legal frameworks designed to promote gender equality in the workplace. Our focus will be on the instruments issued by major global authorities, including the United Nations (UN), the International Labour Organization (ILO), the European Union (EU), and the World Health Organization (WHO). We will dive into the specific policies and conventions put forth by these organizations to ensure equal rights and opportunities for all genders in professional settings. Additionally, we will examine the challenges that arise in implementing these frameworks and the obstacles that still hinder true gender equality in workplaces around the world.

We will discuss basic operations of domestic and foreign financial markets and institutions. It describe the ways in which funds flow through an economic system from lenders to borrowers and outlined the markets and instruments that lenders and borrowers employ to complete this process. In addition, the lecture discuss the need for FI managers to understand the functioning of both the domestic as well as the international markets in which they participate.

AI in accounting is the application of artificial intelligence (AI) – a branch of computer science that focuses on creating machines capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence – in the field of accounting. Specifically, AI can be used to automate various processes, analyze financial data, and provide insights for decision-making. AI in accounting can be used in several ways, including: Automated data entry; Forecasting and predictive analytics; Audit automation; Tax compliance and planning and etc. The development of artificial intelligence in accounting is happening at an increasing pace, and we will clearly see the benefits or challenges of using it.

Technology impacts many aspects of education, from its direct application to the way learning, teaching and on the way to conducting research. It is reasonable to realize the impact this process has on society in general, and what kind of skill requirements it places on the labor market for employment, most of which are related to the use of new technologies. The skills which are in demand in the labor market are constantly changing, and today, a successful person must adapt quickly and efficiently to these changing demands. The educational system should take into account priority areas in accordance with the determination of labor market trends and provide the market with properly trained, competitive personnel.
